Spurger’s Lady-in-Waiting is Maddison Drake. Maddison is the daughter of Danny and Kasey Fredieu. Maddison is so excited to be a part of this 2024 festival, and looks forward to the parade, as she has fond memories of riding in the 2023 parade with her Spurger FFA chapter. Maddison has been involved in FFA all throughout high school. She also was a varsity cheerleader and played both volleyball and basketball for the Lady Pirates. Outside of school, Maddison enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping. After graduation, Maddison will enroll in the Southeast Texas Career Institute and will receive training to become a barber. Maddison’s escort is Landon Guillory, son of Nicole and Brandon Guillory.
